Roads and ditches
GREAT NEWS!!
Chambers County has voted to accept our roads and front ditches into their maintenance program! You may notice them in the neighborhood in the coming weeks doing assessments of any road repairs needed and observing any issues with ditch drainage. They indicated to us that they might begin regrading the roadway ditches as soon as next month.
The larger rear and side ditches that are not adjacent to the roads will continue to be the responsibility of each individual homeowner.
Coming Due
Yearly HOA dues must be paid by March 31 to avoid penalties. Dues will remain at $400 for the 2023 year.
If paying by check, please make it out to Sellers Station HOA and mail to PO Box 2080, Mont Belvieu, TX 77580.
Payment by credit/debit card available for a 3.5% non-cash fee ($14 for $400) through the link below.
